submitted by Marino F. - |Recommended: YesBest — My fiancee and I love this place. Our previous experience at an apartment complex was horrible and we needed to get out of there immediately. Karen made it a quick process to sign up and get out of our old place and we have never looked back if we could sign a ten year lease we would . Love the community and great place for our dog willow she loves it too.

Some of the structural aspects of my apartment are not great creeky shower floor, and HVAC not even reaching the guest room , but overall its a comfortable place to live.

We had several maintenance issues within just an 11 month lease, and every item had to be replaced and of course took forever to come in due to Covid but no other solutions were offered. We went to a laundry mat for 6 weeks and had to pay to do our laundry, no one said sorry and certainly didn’t get any money adjusted off our rent. Maintenance ignored the do not enter until we can be there because we have dogs request on every work order. If you are going to ignore it then don’t ask the question. Maintenance also thinks it’s funny to not follow Covid protocol and properly quarantine when they visit a red state, then brag and laugh they didn’t follow proper quarantine guidelines. Immature, unprofessional, and management just agrees and nods their head and does nothing Stay Away
response from property -Hello Evan, We are sorry that your time living here was not completely enjoyable for you and want to thank you for raising these concerns with our management team. We understand that you were frustrated after giving late notice when you decided to vacate, and we would like to address the issues you had with work orders. Our maintenance team is trained to always assess an issue and if it is deemed necessary they do at times have to order new appliances. Unfortunately, the issue with your washing machine happened during Covid when appliances, as well as many other services and purchases were taking weeks, sometimes months to be delivered. When it was determined that you would need a new washing machine, and then a new dryer, the order was immediately placed, and we asked the manufacturer to rush both orders. Both were delivered & installed within 2.5 to 3 weeks, which we understand is an inconvenience and not ideal. We had no control over how long they would take to be delivered. The Maintenance Technician assigned to your work-order has been with our community for some time. When he came to assess the issue initially, he identified specific parts and tools needed to make your repair that are stored in our Maintenance Shop, which required him to step out and come back to complete the job. During that time, he did have an innocent conversation about a recent vacation. Please note, when he did return from vacation there was nothing in place stating that anyone had to quarantine after traveling out of state. He was not being light about Covid and all protocols were followed. Our maintenance team works very hard to keep our residents happy, and although things do break, they do their best to make repairs in a timely manner. We wish you the best in your new home. ~Autumn Creek Apartments
