|Recommended: YesWonderful Maintenance Experience - Thank You Jesse Kevin — Late yesterday afternoon I submitted a request for maintenance to have someone look at my lights in the bathroom hich didn't always work when I flippped the switch. I was concerned about this being a possible safety issue. First thing this morning at 9 00 am, Jesse and Kevin arrived. They looked at everything and determined that it was the wall switch that was faulty and replaced it with a new one. Also, there were a few lightbulbs that needed to be replaced. I want to thank Jesse and Kevin for coming so promptly and finding the solution to solve the problem of the lights not working. They are both knowledgeable and very thorough in their approach. Thanks for your help with this. You have eased my mind.

|Recommended: YesLaundry Room Lighting — We requested maintenance to resolve a lighting problem, expecting them to replace the lighting lamps. John, from maintenance, was assigned to the work order and he resolved the issue by upgrading the lamps to LEDs which will certainly outlast the previous lamps as well as giving us much more light.

The maintenace is always quick to respond any time we neeeded them,the grounds are kept up beautifully and is very close to any shopping that we may need.
