The maintenace is always quick to respond any time we neeeded them,the grounds are kept up beautifully and is very close to any shopping that we may need. My compliments go out to Karen and the rest of the office management staff who are extremely professional and kind

The Community Manager, Karen, the office staff and maintenance crew are all very helpful They go above and beyond to make sure you are accommodated and happy. Maintenance issues are resolved timely. We really appreciated the valet trash service, the gym, pool and snow removal service. Autumn Creek has so many nice touches including the well maintained property.

submitted by Carolyn C. - |Recommended: YesVery Best Living at Autumn Creek - Celebrating 8 Years — We have been at Autumn Creek Apartments in East Amherst for 8 wonderful years now. I thank God for this wonderful Blessing. The management, leasing staff and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful, like family. They are professional, friendly and quick to respond and they make our life very pleasant here. This has been consistent throughout the years. We love it here with the beautiful grounds, convenience to shopping, restaurants, and all the surrounding areas. In my research, there is no other place like Autumn Creek. We rent a garage here, we love our neighbors, we love to walk the grounds every day. Our apartment home is beautiful, and we have an amazing amount of square footage and closets and a beautiful balcony. Our home is flooded with light and we have safety and convenience. I am very grateful to the Autumn Creek Team who make this such a wonderful place to be. Thank you and God bless you all Karen, Alan, Jessica, Lisa, Rob, Kevin, and Travis

submitted by Saralyn O. - |Recommended: YesNew Resident — I've been living here at Autumn Creek for just over a month and settling in was a breeze It was a big life transition for my doodle and I, and we were both very comfortable here from the start. Everyone is so nice and respectful, and the amenities are all you could want and need. From the dog park, dog spa, play ground and so much more The atmosphere is very family friendly, with many new kiddos and doggy friends that my k9 companion and I have been excited to meet. The office and maintenance staff are promptly responsive to any request, and make sure you are properly informed and taken care of. I love living here, and I would highly recommend Autumn Creek as a place to call home.

It is an extraordinary place that offers so much more than any other complex. The manager Karen and her office staff, Rob, Kevin, Travis, Al and Angel are all exceptional with kindness and excellent service that make a living here a wonderful experience. Highly recommended And much thanks to the Autumn Creek team for being so reliable and dependable all these years. A special thanks also to our wonderful maintenance crew. Travis helped me today and yesterday, he is always so professional, prompt, courteous, thorough and he always gives service with a smile. It is a wonderful blessing to know that the Autumn Creek team and wonderful maintenance crew are always there when we need them, I'm so glad to be in my 8th year here at Autumn Creek

By chance I went to look at the model unit and was told that a lower two bedroom unit was becoming available so I submitted my application that morning and the rest is history. It is a quiet community and the staff has been fantastic. They are very quick to respond to questions comments requests. Happy to be here would highly recommend.
