Introducing Valet Trash & Recycling at Autumn Creek Apartments

A brand new service has come to Autumn Creek — Valet Trash and Recycling services are now a part of our amenity package. After careful consideration, we are partnering with Valet Living to bring this service to members of our apartment community. Valet Living is the only nationally-recognized full service amenities provider for the multi-family industry. We are excited to be working with them on behalf of our residents. We hope you are as excited as we are about this at-your-doorstep, 5-days-a-week pick-up schedule — which will definitely save you time. Plus, no more lugging the trash to the dumpster, which is an especially appealing perk when we’re in the middle of inclement weather. Please refer to the information you received for details regarding pick-up schedules, preparing for pick-up, recycling guidelines, and for the dedicated support service number. Recyclable items include plastic, paper, metal, and glass. Key highlights for prepping trash and recyclables: Bag and tie all waste Double bag pet waste Break down all cardboard boxes Bundle newspapers and magazines Aim to keep bags at 25 lbs or less Place items out between 6-8PM This is a new service, and our goal is to make a seamless transition; however, there may be changes and improvements implemented along the way to make it a better experience for everyone. Studio-Style Cycling Arrives at Autumn Creek Apartments

Springtime in East Amherst, NY is the perfect time to re-dedicate yourself to your fitness goals, and we’re here to help. Studio cycling has grown in popularity and using a Peloton Bike is like having your own, private cycling studio. Technology combines with superior workmanship to create a fitness option that enables you to take advantage of live and on-demand studio cycling classes from the comfort of our fitness center. The 22” HD touchscreen the bike is equipped with is easy to navigate. Keep track of your progress with detailed metrics which can help you stay motivated to keep up with an exercise program. Choose your preferred options for music, workout length (classes range from 5 - 120 minutes), instructors, and more. The Bike offers about 8000 on-demand classes plus 14 daily live classes which are available anytime. Our daily live classes feature 12 NYC instructors who will inspire and lead you to success with the touch of a button. If you are new to cycling, these suggestions from Shape can help you get the most out of your workout. Playground Etiquette at Autumn Creek Apartments

Autumn Creek Apartments makes celebrating summer easy here in East Amherst, NY just steps from your own apartment. We feature a few community amenities that make getting out and about fun, such as the playgrounds! We have both a kids activity zone playground and a toddler and children’s playground for our residents to use. Plan a trip to the playground this month and follow these playground etiquette tips for a fun time. Keep your children in sight. Our community is a great place for kids to roam and have fun, but being extra wary of their safety is of utmost importance in a place where you feel safe. Know where they are at all times and have an eye on them so you can promptly and appropriately respond to any problems that occur. Be prepared. Be aware of all the different situations that you could face while at the playground and prepare yourself for them so you can address things calmly if and when they do become a reality. For example, establish a good rapport with your child for taking bathroom breaks, washing their hands well, and being kind to others. Realize that accidents do happen, so come with some basic first-aid knowledge and supplies handy, like disinfectant wipes and bandages.
